This is my golden anniversary of teaching. I just have to share my years of teaching and writing experience with other beginning and experienced teachers!

After all, no one listens to me at home any more!

I currently am a licensed real estate instructor in North Carolina who writes new courses, programs,  and books every year for my real estate students and other audiences.

Why should you take courses from me?  I hold the DREI (Distinguished Real Estate Instructor), the most prestigious designation for excellence in teaching offered by the Real Estate Educators Association. I am also a Certified Distance Education Instructor and contributed to the development of distance education standards for ARELLO.  I have been a proponent of online education since it became available and have taught numerous educators about technology.

My life has been devoted to teaching, and I still love it.  I hope you will find my passion comes through in these programs.
