I am a licensed real estate instructor in North Carolina with more than 5 decades of teaching experience (high school, community college, and university instruction).
I hold the DREI (Distinguished Real Estate Instructor), the most prestigious designation for excellence in teaching offered by the Real Estate Educators Association.
I am also a Certified Distance Education Instructor and contributed to the development of distance education standards for ARELLO. I have been a proponent of online education since it became available and have taught numerous educators about technology.
I have professionally authored a dozen textbooks and numerous courses.
My life has been devoted to teaching, and I still love it.
